Overview

As a Sales Manager, Customer Base at NinjaOne, you will lead a high-performing team of Account Executives responsible for driving revenue growth within our existing customer base. This is a critical leadership role focused on coaching, developing, and enabling your team to maximize cross-sell, up-sell, and retention opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in sales roles.

  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
  • Background in IT Operations or SaaS preferred.
