Overview

NinjaHoldings is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sr. Email Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize email and SMS campaigns. You will manage the full lifecycle of customer communication and leverage data-driven insights to enhance segmentation and maximize customer conversion.

In Short

• Develop, implement, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns
• Execute day-to-day tasks including building and analyzing A/B tests
• Debug technical issues related to HTML/CSS and email execution
• Monitor email deliverability and improve open and click-through rates
• Build dashboards using SQL to monitor email performance
• Utilize competitive marketing research for strategic insights
• Collaborate with PM and engineering teams on marketing features

Requirements

• 2-3 years of email marketing experience
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms like Iterable or Marketo
• Strong technical skills in HTML/CSS
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Advanced analytical skills for complex datasets
• Experience in A/B testing and customer journey optimization
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Proven project management experience
• Strong attention to detail and ownership
