In Short

• Monitor key funnel and loan performance metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Establish funnel and loan performance metrics and develop automated reporting using SQL and Python.
• Conduct advanced data analytics to evaluate trends and provide optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategy changes and impact analysis.
• Analyze A/B testing data for optimization experiments and evaluate impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in math, statistics, computer science, engineering or related field.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Data analysis experience with Python.
• Experience with data analytics.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
