CX User Analytics Intern - Remote

Overview

The CX User Analytics Intern will work with Actian's global Customer Experience team to analyze user behavior and develop recommendations to enhance user engagement for the Data Intelligence Platform.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in customer segmentation and UX research is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Pendo, Google Analytics, and SQL.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Ability to present data insights effectively.
