In Short

Requirements

• 3+ years as a backend software engineer for web applications.
• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Critical thinking about business functionality in technical decisions.
• Ability to break down large initiatives into implementable deliverables.
• Strong communication skills for complex problem-solving.
• Experience with data model design for relational databases.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
