In Short

• Design and implement changes to customer acquisition and underwriting decision engines.
• Write and maintain unit and regression test cases.
• Monitor performance of decision engines.
• Establish decision performance metrics and develop automated reporting using SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategy changes.
• Communicate actionable business strategy recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or QA.
• 2+ years of experience with Python and SQL for data analysis.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
