Overview

In Short

• Responsible for creating and modifying reports, analyzing data within reporting systems.
• Provides technical support by maintaining user-level databases and troubleshooting issues.
• Identifies patterns and prepares presentations of results for audiences.
• Validates data for problem identification across multiple reports.
• Assists in designing and maintaining processes for analyses.
• Collaborates with management to identify and coordinate data pulls.
• Ensures confidentiality of patient information adhering to HIPAA compliance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in database and reporting systems design and analysis.
• Minimum 1 year report writing experience.
• Experience with Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data collection software.
• Strong math skills and reporting skills.
• Exceptional time management and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.
