Overview

The Technical Solution & Support Engineer will provide enterprise-level technical support to customers, collaborating on onboarding and troubleshooting technical issues within a dynamic environment.

In Short

  • Provide technical support via a ticketing system
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Support technical onboarding of new customers
  • Monitor and validate automated processes
  • Document knowledge and educate teammates
  • Stay updated on product features and functionality
  • Participate in a monthly Friday shift

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support or implementation
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • SQL knowledge is essential
  • Ability to work outside business hours occasionally
  • Team spirit and self-motivation
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
