Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at LocalStack, you will be responsible for providing reliable L2 support coverage for US-based customers, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

In Short

Provide L2 support for US-based customers.
Investigate and resolve customer issues independently.
Maintain strong communication with customers.
Contribute to team knowledge and onboarding.
Gain knowledge of new products for future support.

Requirements

2–4 years in a technical support role.
Proficient in Python.
Strong expertise in AWS.
Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
Experience with tools like Terraform, Pulumi.
Strong understanding of Linux, macOS, Windows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
