Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at Gcore, you will handle customer and internal user requests, providing consultations and resolving technical issues related to our products and services in Edge Cloud.

  • Handle customer and internal user requests via chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Provide consultations regarding Edge Cloud products and services.
  • Conduct technical diagnostics to resolve issues.

  • Work in shifts with a total of 11 hours of work time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Technical Support experience.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
  • Experience with Linux (Ubuntu or CentOS).
  • Hands-on experience with API and monitoring tools like Grafana.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer advocacy skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Organized, quick learner, and team player.
  • Nice to have experience with SQL.
