Technical Solution Engineer - Remote

Overview

As our first ever Technical Solution Engineer, your primary responsibilities will be to support Pleo customers in creating custom integrations, how to use the product, and being the technical interface for customers from scoping to go live.

In Short

• Support Pleo’s customers in creating custom integrations using Pleo’s APIs.
• Help customers understand the Pleo product and build integrations.
• Manage the process from scoping to implementation of custom integrations.
• Act as a project manager and technical liaison.
• Engage with partners to build custom integrations.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams.
• Become a subject matter expert on Pleo integrations.
• Drive accountability from all parties involved.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• Experience with SaaS integrations.
• Ability to design solutions using API documentation.
• Understanding of REST APIs.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
