• Communicate with customers from Japan in local language.
• Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or email.
• Resolve customer concerns during installation and operation.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Document customer communication and technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and partners.
• Participate in presales activities like demos and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent listening, presentation, and writing skills.
• Strong customer and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of networking products and protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting experience in hardware and software.
• Competence in Routing and/or Switching domain.
• Understanding of networking architectures and protocols.
