The Senior Operations Client Partner at NIQ acts as a liaison between clients and various operational teams, ensuring timely resolution of client requests and maintaining data quality.

• Accountable for timely resolution of operational client requests.
• Act as the SPOC for regional client health.
• Communicate directly with clients and attend meetings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the CPG industry.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Understanding of data flow in NIQ systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite tools.
• Ability to coach others and work cross-functionally.
• Prior NIQ experience preferred.
