The Manager, Route to Market Customer Success role involves managing client relationships and projects to enhance the understanding and utilization of NielsenIQ's Route To Market solutions in the APAC market.

  • Maturity in client communication and engagement.
  • Expectation management with clients and stakeholders.
  • Project management skills with quality delivery.
  • Understanding of research products.
  • Experience in FMCG industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with NielsenIQ databases is a plus.
