Junior Operations Statistician - Remote

Overview

The Junior Operations Statistician will execute and analyze statistical processes, including sample maintenance and database reviews.

In Short

• Participate in daily stand-ups and sample meetings.
• Maintain and execute sample operations.
• Calculate projection factors.
• Set up data quality controls and review parameters annually.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in statistics, mathematics, economics, or engineering with a statistical emphasis.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• 0-1 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• Basic knowledge of sampling design techniques.
• Statistical knowledge in quality control techniques.
• Basic working knowledge of SQL and database structures.
• Experience with statistical software like R or Python.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
