Junior Commercial Counsel - Remote

Overview

NielsenIQ is seeking a Junior Commercial Counsel to play a key supporting role within the NA legal team. This remote position will assist with a broad range of commercial legal matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements under the guidance of senior legal team members.

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.

Requirements

• LL.B. or J.D. and admission to practice law in Canada.
• 2–4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in commercial transactions.
• Experience with B2B commercial agreements is an asset.
• Familiarity with intellectual property and data-related issues preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
