Overview

The HR Operations Leader (Employee Experience) will work with the Regional Employee Experience leader to ensure operational excellence and improve the overall employee experience in Mexico.

In Short

  • Manage a team of Employee Experience associates.
  • Ensure continuity of HR operations and administrative work.
  • Drive HR functional excellence and improve employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and answer queries.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
  • Document local administrative work and propose improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with global processes.
  • Research best practices and stay connected with team members.
  • Anticipate problems and implement solutions.
  • Work with regional leads on systems/automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Understanding of HR administrative and operational work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to build strong partnerships across all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
  • Workday experience preferred.
