HR Experience Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The HR Experience Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our HR Experience function, ensuring that processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with Deel’s global growth.

In Short

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle across Deel’s Employee of Record (EOR) services in over 90 countries.
• Ensure compliance and HR operations in accordance with employment laws.
• Contribute to HR product planning and scoping.
• Participate in HR interviews.
• Manage daily administrative tasks related to EORs.
• Support EORs and clients for HR-related inquiries.
• Manage standard onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with global SLAs and KPIs.
• Act as a subject matter expert for operational quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of international HR experience.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Knowledge of German labor law.
• HR operations experience in the EMEA region is a plus.
• Local HR qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on improvement.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance.
• Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA or Zendesk is a plus.
