The HR Experience Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of global NAM benefits programs, ensuring efficient, compliant processes aligned with Deel’s global growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in benefits operations.

• Experience managing benefits processes in multiple countries.
• Ability to influence decisions and communicate complex work.
