Overview

The HR Experience Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our global APAC benefits programs, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with Deel’s global growth.

In Short

  • Manage the delivery and administration of employee benefits across Deel’s EOR services in over 90 countries.
  • Launch new EOR benefits programs from the ground up.
  • Project manage the renewal process for existing benefits policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners.
  • Conduct quality audits of benefits-related data.
  • Create processes to streamline benefits operations.
  • Participate in special projects within the HR and Benefits space.
  • Contribute to benefits product planning and scoping.
  • Provide support for benefits-related questions through various communication channels.
  • Ensure quality of HR operations in assigned countries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits operations or related fields.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and influence decisions.
  • Experience managing benefits processes across multiple countries.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in operations.
