Requirements

• 5+ years in operations management in banking or fintech.
• 3+ years in product support for operations and customer experience.
• Experience with loan products and servicing.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services.
• Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
• In-depth knowledge of operational workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Background in customer service and engagement.
• Experience in product refinement post-launch.
• Excellent communication skills.
