The HR Experience Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Deel's HR Experience function, ensuring efficient processes aligned with global growth.

• Manage the employee lifecycle across Deel’s Employee of Record services in over 90 countries.
• Ensure compliance and efficiency in HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience in HR.
• Experience managing HR processes across multiple countries.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance.
