HR Experience Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The HR Experience Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our HR Experience function, ensuring that processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with Deel’s global growth.

• Manage the employee lifecycle across Deel’s Employee of Record (EOR) services in over 90 countries.
• Optimize workflows and enhance user satisfaction.
• Streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Participate in HR product planning and scoping.
• Support EORs and clients with HR-related concerns.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for EORs.
• Ensure quality of HR operations in assigned countries.
• Act as a subject matter expert for operational quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations or related fields.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience managing HR teams.
• Proven experience managing HR processes across multiple countries.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance.
