Overview

The Customer Success Consultant will work closely with clients in the FMCG sector to understand their business needs and drive customer satisfaction using NielsenIQ tools.

In Short

  • Manage client relationships and execute critical communications.
  • Build a network of relationships to maximize business opportunities.
  • Lead Joint Business Plan processes aligning customer objectives.
  • Conduct customer engagement processes to track priorities and outcomes.
  • Own the NPS process to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Leverage NielsenIQ tools to advance customer business objectives.
  • Identify and hand off sales opportunities to Account Development.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer to ensure needs are met.

  • Experience analyzing data in an FMCG environment.
  • Strong planning and servicing skills.
  • Experience solving business issues for clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design solutions for client business issues.

  • Ability to build strong networks and relationships.
