The Business Platform Administrator at NIQ plays a critical role in managing sales and enablement content, ensuring it's organized and easily accessible across various platforms.

In Short

  • Administer sales and enablement content across platforms.
  • Maintain content structure, taxonomy, and access controls.
  • Support content lifecycle management.
  • Ensure content aligns with governance standards.
  • Assist with day-to-day administration of enablement platforms.
  • Support publishing and organizing content for training programs.
  • Coordinate content handoffs and approvals.
  • Monitor content usage and engagement metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement of enablement environments.
  • Collaborate with IT and Enablement teams for platform usability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5+ years experience in content administration or similar roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Experience with content management systems and LMS tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a global environment.
  • Experience in sales enablement or learning organizations is a plus.
