Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking a Business Data Administrator (BDA) to join our dynamic Business Sales team. This individual will play a critical role in developing and maintaining internal reporting systems, ensuring data integrity, and delivering key operational support that helps drive business efficiency.

In Short

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Import daily sales leads into our systems, ensuring consistent formatting and accuracy.
• Oversee data accuracy and consistency across platforms, with a primary focus on our CRM.
• Manage support tickets and internal requests, including order status updates and shipping inquiries.
• Act as a subject matter expert for CRM: Pipedrive and ERP: Supplybuy.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal departments and external partners.
• Participate in improving cross-functional processes and issue resolution.
• Utilize advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Support operational processes that contribute to sales team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Admin-level experience with CRM systems, ideally Pipedrive.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and professional demeanor.
• Experience in e-commerce or manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Supplybuy.
• Understanding of customer support workflows.
