As part of its expansion, Nickel is looking for a Sales Manager in the Cologne/Rhine region to develop and manage its partner network.

In Short

  • Engage potential sales partners like lottery shops, kiosks, or gas stations directly.
  • Train and activate customers to successfully use Nickel's products.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
  • Ensure your sales area remains active through targeted actions.
  • Document activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) and track your successes.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B field sales, preferably with retail or convenience store clients.
  • Strong contact, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A winner's mentality, eager to learn and go the extra mile.
  • Proactive, service-oriented approach focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility, willingness to travel, and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills in German; English and other languages are a plus.
