Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at NICE is responsible for resolving complex problems and providing excellent technical and customer service to key accounts, ensuring client success and fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a technical or service role.
  • Proficiency in technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of contact center software design and functionality.
