Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at NICE is responsible for managing customer relationships post-purchase, ensuring customer success with our products, and resolving complex technical issues.

In Short

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers.
  • Provide excellent technical and customer service.
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of NICE CX products.
  • Understand customer environments and propose solutions.
  • Present customized reports and presentations to customers.
  • Assist customers in preparation for go-live.
  • Occasional travel (up to 25%) required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years in a Technical/Service role.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of contact center software.
  • Experience in meeting customer time constraints.
