Overview

As a Solution Sales Executive, you will understand customer needs for our digital solutions portfolio and help define strategies that align with their objectives while enhancing customer experiences.

In Short

  • Identify customer problems and position digital solutions to solve them.
  • Sales position requiring understanding of data strategy, microservices, and cloud computing.
  • Deep understanding of CCaaS is essential.
  • Regularly close deals and build pipeline exceeding sales goals.
  • Assist sales partners in efforts and participate in sales calls.
  • Attend tradeshows to represent the company.
  • Respond creatively to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience required.
  • 5+ years of contact center experience preferred.

  • Experience in enterprise software companies or SI organizations.
  • Ability to engage closely with technology teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
