Overview

The Sales Executive plays a key role in driving revenue growth by closing consultative sales, strategically managing the sales pipeline and building strong relationships to generate new business opportunities for the organization.

  • Manage and work on sales related administrative duties & documentation SOPs.
  • Develop thorough knowledge about the company's products and services.
  • Collect payment of follow up cases and review appointments.
  • Provide excellent customer service support to clients.
  • Work cross functionally with operations/fulfillment teams.
  • Provide resolutions to client’s grievances and post-sales issues.
  • Sustain company’s profitability through excellent relationship management.
  • Maximize customer retention through product or service management.
  • Increase company’s profitability through onboarding prospects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role.
  • Background in digital marketing agencies or a similar industry.
  • Proven experience managing and engaging with APAC / US / AUS clients.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and sales software.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing strategies.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations.
