Requirements

  • B.Sc in Industrial Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager.
  • Deep technical orientation with cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of service and support organization processes.
  • Experience with product serviceability.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC.
  • Experience with NICE CXone products is an advantage.
  • Development background is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years in a global corporate organization.
  • Fluency in English language.
