Overview

The Account Manager is the first and primary customer point of contact selling into a defined sales territory, working collaboratively with presales teams to deliver a compelling value proposition.

In Short

Requirements

  • At least 10 years’ experience in technology sales.
  • Established network in the domestic enterprise market.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with senior business users.
  • Experience managing multiple complex sales opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the NICE portfolio and relevant markets.
