Overview

You will be responsible for creating delightful customer experiences and driving business growth by improving activation, conversion, feature adoption, and retention within the Self-serve business.

In Short

  • Drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Own the customer journey from onboarding to retention and re-engagement.
  • Utilize data-driven strategies to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams.
  • Increase Gross Media Spend by enhancing customer engagement.
  • Optimize email and in-app touch points.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing across channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics to develop continuous improvement strategies.
  • Create onboarding flows to accelerate product adoption.
  • Build campaigns to reduce churn and drive re-engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or similar field.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
