Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and building strong client relationships to expand the company’s market presence.

In Short

  • Generate leads through prospect client calling and outbound sales efforts.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through market research and networking.
  • Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and social media.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
