Overview

The Software Engineer II – Payments role is primarily responsible for designing and developing scalable and reliable payments solutions leveraged across the full suite of Nextech products. The ideal candidate will work on the payments platform team, collaborating with product teams to develop high-quality software products that engage users.

• Design and develop scalable payments solutions.

• Conduct code reviews and apply best practices.

• Provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Minimum of 5+ years industry experience.
• Familiarity with compliance standards related to financial transactions.

Requirements

• Solid experience developing Angular 14+ applications.
• Experience with C# and .Net Framework.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design tools.
• Extensive experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of API security mechanisms.
• Minimum of 4+ years experience with the Microsoft tech stack.
• Minimum of 3+ years using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Creativity and strong attention to detail.
