Overview

The Business Development Representative at Nextech is responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and lead management, acting as a liaison between marketing and sales.

In Short

  • Responsible for outbound prospecting and lead management.
  • Qualify prospects from lead status into the sales pipeline.
  • Act as a communication layer between marketing and sales.
  • Secure meetings with Regional Sales Managers.
  • Build rapport and educate prospects about Nextech products.
  • Document conversations and meetings in Salesforce.com.
  • Communicate necessary information with team members.
  • Work 100% remotely with some travel (up to 15%).
  • Attend semi-annual meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of personal computers and software.
  • Ability to overcome objections.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
