In Short

• Lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services.
• Serve as a primary technical point of contact for ITOM and ITSM projects.
• Define technical solutions aligned with client business needs.
• Manage application development, design, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct customer workshops and requirements analysis.
• Collaborate with Delivery Management on project planning.
• Research industry trends for product enhancements.
• Provide technical assistance in pre-sales capacity.
• Draft use proposals and functional requirements documents.
• Support engineers with architectural blueprints.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of IT Services experience.
• Minimum 4 years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in ITOM/CMDB product line.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
• Proficient in scripting on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong collaboration and customer assessment skills.
• Ability to thrive in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• ServiceNow CIS and/or CSA certifications preferred.
