• NewRocket is hiring for a Solution Architect – ITAM.
• Responsible for leading the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services.
• Architect and design ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
• Work directly with clients to transform business solutions.
• Lead technical teams in the implementation of ITAM/SAM solutions.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops.
• Manage all aspects of application development.
• Provide presales demo and proof of value for prospective customers.
• Draft use cases and functional requirements.
• Support ServiceNow based applications and systems.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of IT Services experience.
• Proficient in ITAM, SAM, HAM product lines.
• Experience leading development and delivery of Asset Management solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL, minimum Foundation level.
• ServiceNow CIS and/or CSA certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Domain knowledge in Strategic Portfolio Management is a plus.
