Solution Architect - CSM / FSO (US or Canada) - Remote

Overview

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect – FSM, FSO for our Customer Practice, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services, for large client programs.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers on ServiceNow projects.
• Host workshops and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical pre-sales support for complex professional services projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor project scope and resolve technical issues.
• Draft and publish technical documentation for company repository.
• Prepare and facilitate customer workshops to define requirements.
• Research industry impacts and propose product enhancements.
• Assist Pre-Sales team with scoping service engagements.
• Define technical solutions aligned with client business problems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex situations.

Requirements

• 8-12 years’ experience in application development at a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise Software Development Company.
• 3+ Years of ServiceNow Platform Experience.
• Experience with CSM, FSM on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Strong scripting skills in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript.
• Experience implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow integration technologies.
• Proficient in documentation software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology related field preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required.
• Certified Implementation Specialist required.
