Overview

Join the New Frontier Immigration Law team and help change the lives of 1 million undocumented immigrants in the USA. We are seeking a certified Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects across our growing organization.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and risk management.
• Facilitate project kickoffs and stakeholder updates.
• Manage project schedules and proactively address obstacles.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects.
• Prepare executive-level status reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Active PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Six Sigma certification.
• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience.
• Proven track record managing projects in fast-paced environments.
• Expert proficiency in project management tools.
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance empathy with accountability.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in fast-growth environments.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
