In Short

• Provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads.
• Generate leads through phone calls, social media, and emails.
• Phone outreach to executive/senior-level buyers.
• Prospect and qualify sales leads, account and contact research.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to plan outreach strategy.
• Document customer information and conversations into Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed weekly metrics and quarterly KPIs.
• Maintain a full pipeline of qualified sales leads.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly understand value propositions for different clients.
• Outcome focused, curious, and innovative.
• Strong research and data mining skills.
• 1+ years experience in B2B inside sales preferred.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo.
• Thrives in a dynamic and collaborative start-up environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in a BDR role is a plus.
