Overview

NetDocuments is seeking a Senior Account Executive who will be responsible for hunting, prospecting, and engaging new clients, developing proposals, and managing the sales process from start to finish. This role serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned territory to increase revenues within the large enterprise space.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
  • Understand client needs and hunt for new business opportunities
  • Identify potential customers and set approach strategies
  • Retain and develop strong and long-term client relationships
  • Act as the liaison between clients and resolve issues
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends in the market
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience selling legal tech
  • 7+ years enterprise sales SaaS experience
  • Consistent track record of meeting sales targets
