• Lead the Payment Optimization product roadmap.

• Define and track KPIs for success rates and fraud losses.

Requirements

• 8–10 years’ experience in product management or payments optimization.
• Deep understanding of payment lifecycle and routing logic.
• Analytical and technically fluent in data-driven decision making.
• Experience with external fraud and payment solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills across technical and operational teams.
