Overview

As the Vice President, Commercial Technology, you will be responsible for defining and executing the IT and digital strategy that enables commercial success. You will partner closely with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Digital Health teams to deliver scalable technology solutions that enhance customer engagement, drive data-driven decision-making, and support interoperability with the broader healthcare ecosystem, including electronic health records (EHRs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field required.
  • 15 years of experience required, with at least 7 years in people management.
  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience in healthcare.
  • Experience leading platform architecture configuration, integration, and strategy with Salesforce.com.
  • Proven experience with healthcare interoperability.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Expertise in commercial excellence and digital health strategies.
  • Familiarity with EHR platforms and customer hierarchies.
  • Deep knowledge of data privacy and compliance in healthcare.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, as needed.
