NeoGenomics is seeking a Senior ETL/Data Integration Engineer to play a key role in the informatics division, enabling analytics on cloud data assets and ensuring high-quality data for cancer genetics research and innovation.

In Short

• Remote position with a Monday – Friday day shift.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
• Knowledge of cloud services integration.
• Experience in streaming data processing.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and semi-structured data formats.
• Advanced SQL skills with relational databases.
• Strong data modeling and ETL process skills.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and Snowflake.
