Overview

The Project Data Administrator I works under general supervision to support Pharma Services projects with a focus on study data entry, QC, and associated documentation. You will support internal teams, data entry and QC activities for many projects at a time.

In Short

  • Remote position, Monday - Friday day shift.
  • Entry role in Project Data Administrator category.
  • Handle data and perform related tasks from various projects.
  • Prepare data transfer files and perform data entry.
  • Perform Data QC activities and record associated evidence.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, QA, and other functions.
  • Ensure data quality certificate is completed & filed.
  • Complete projects within established timelines.
  • Create tickets for amending reports when discrepancies are identified.
  • Opportunity to save lives by improving patient care.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred; High School Diploma required.
  • One or more years performing data entry and reviewing data.
  • Accurate and fast data entry via typing.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
  • Willing to work in a biohazard environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Motivated to work independently.
  • Knowledge of laboratory techniques.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and thorough.
