Overview

As a Project Administrator, you will support Client Project Managers by coordinating project activities related to various projects, ensuring effective communication and documentation.

In Short

  • Support Client Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Create and post jobs on the Voices website.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and organized.
  • Maintain contact with clients and address their concerns.
  • Track project changes and update schedules.
  • Compile and submit support documentation upon project completion.
  • Assist with project management tasks as needed.
  • Manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Work within deadlines and provide stellar customer service.

Requirements

  • College diploma in Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
  • Experience with Google Apps for Work and Salesforce is an asset.
  • Experience with Asana is considered an asset.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information appropriately.
  • Dependable, reliable, and driven individual.
  • Experience assisting Project Managers is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Personable and approachable with a professional demeanor.
