Overview

The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping our go-to-market engine running smoothly. This role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and internal Salesforce Admins, to ensure our systems, data, and processes work together to support demand generation and growth.

In Short

  • Ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and funnel reporting are accurate.
  • Build, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards for campaign performance.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing effectiveness.
  • Monitor lead flow and conversion rates.
  • Manage the Marketing Asana board for campaign timelines.
  • Lead quality assurance for campaigns and forms.
  • Improve data quality across CRM and marketing systems.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and operational efficiency.
  • Support onboarding for marketing tools.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations or analytics.
  • Experience with Salesforce in a B2B marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of campaign tracking and attribution.
  • Experience building or maintaining reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
  • Attention to detail in QA for campaigns.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize work.
  • Curious and motivated to grow in marketing operations.
