Cash Application Specialist II - Remote

Overview

The Cash Application Specialist II is responsible for maintaining the integrity of cash and A/R transactions to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy of accounts receivable balances, while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

In Short

• Position is remote with a Monday - Friday schedule.
• Accurate posting of cash, checks, and credit card payments.
• Process electronic remittances and adjustments.
• Identify and correct payment discrepancies.
• Research unidentified payments and resolve issues.
• Comply with financial control policies and regulations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools.
• Provide excellent customer service in communications.
• Participate in ongoing training and career development.
• Work towards daily productivity standards.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of Cash Application or A/R experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
